The game comes in a few languages I am playing it in Japanese with English subtitles.
To me the English voices are heavily western stereotyped with Cindy sounding like a southerner, Ignis being classic British etc.

Final Fantasy XV takes place on the Earth-like world of Eos,^[15] which is divided between four nations: Lucis, Accordo, Tenebrae and Niflheim. Lucis, occupying a whole landmass, possesses a magical artifact known as the Crystal, gifted to the reigning Caelum dynasty by the world's deities in antiquity and accessed through the hereditary Ring of the Lucii. Accordo, located in the southern part of Eos, is an island nation formed through a union of free trading cities. The western continent is home to the technologically-advanced empire of Niflheim and the nation of Tenebrae, which is ruled by the Oracle—a priestess who can commune with the gods. The Oracle's main task is curing the Starscourge, a plague that absorbs all natural light and allows nocturnal monsters known as Daemons to roam the world.^{[16][17][18]:318–319}

Currently playing this myself on PC, over my triple monitors, is a brilliant experience going around doing quests and the storyline, I'll show some images below.

The Windows version has just gotten a update with native Modding support and will be expanded with more features in time.
People have alreaddy made cloud's keyblade from Kingdom Hearts, Thomas the tank engine and done other things.
